Breakfast might mean soft scramble on brioche with miso bagna càuda or cornmeal pancakes with cherry compote and whipped goat cheese. At lunch, chilled somen noodles arrive in white soy broth with house kimchi. La Cabra supplies the coffee, while tea runs through everything. Uji matcha, hōjicha, charcoal-roasted oolong, and Jasmine Red from Yakushima fill the cups and flavor pastries like black tea morning buns and Basque cheesecake.
