At SMAG, farm-to-table gets an upgrade: wholesome ingredients meet the creativity of a chef with nutritional expertise. After two decades in Nørrebro, SMAG now brings an all-day menu to a colorful new home in Carlsberg Byen.
The iconic customizable salads remain: pickled beetroot hummus brightens wholegrain pasta, soy-marinated chicken satay tops grilled sweet potatoes. Free-range eggs from happy chickens are folded into tender omelets. Grilled plums and creamy mascarpone top Belgian waffles. House-baked focaccia is layered with medium-rare steak and tomato chutney. Dinner specials—like butter chicken with papadum and fragrant ghee rice—shift with the seasons.
