The OGs of Denmark’s canned cocktail scene just keep getting better. Since 2014, Mikropolis has been building new classics from scratch using house-made spirits and real ingredients. Open tomorrow, their Nørrebro pop-up showcases their entire lineup, so you can head home ready to impress with a complete cocktail menu—by the can or the bottle.

Choose from 10 signature cans plus special releases you can only get here. Rhubarb Crush hits with pure rhubarb juice, vanilla bean, and vodka. Ginger Mule fires off fresh ginger and a touch of chili. Mango Crush mixes mango, gin, and a hint of cardamom. Their Negroni runs deep with house bitters and 17 spices, while the Old Fashioned takes on extra character from resting in To Øl beer barrels. The booze-free Spritzino nails a proper vermouth-and-tonic without the buzz, and seasonal specials, like the stout-based Black Russian, are bottled on-site.
