The tables fill fast and the flavors hit hard at this pan-Asian powerhouse spanning every corner of Copenhagen and beyond. HANZŌ is a neon-lit universe of spice, heat, and color—eight vibrant restaurants where sequined dragons float overhead, smoke drifts from the yakitori grills, and the clink of glasses joins the sizzle of woks.
The HANZŌ Experience is the restaurant at full volume: 10 servings of bestsellers and seasonal favorites. Korean fried chicken inside fluffy bao. Steamed pork dumplings bathed in warm dashi. Beef tartare layered with crispy wonton skin, wakame, and shiso. Yellowfin tuna spring rolls with trout roe. Prawn crackers dusted with HANZŌ spice alongside avocado dip. Red chicken curry fragranced with Thai basil. Sticky banana bread heavy with banana ice cream and miso caramel.
