Confit duck bao. Sakura martinis. Massaman curry finished tableside. At Jade, borders blur and techniques collide. This pan-Asian restaurant unfolds inside cosmopolitan interiors that channel a 1970s Tokyo cocktail lounge by way of Copenhagen, and the bar meets the kitchen’s edge.
The menu moves through raw, fried, steamed, and slow-cooked dishes. Salmon sashimi is dusted in seaweed powder and topped with ginger and avocado. Karaage chicken arrives straight from the fryer. Confit five-spice duck leg is tucked into warm bao with shiso leaf and house hoisin. Chicken Massaman curry is served sizzling in coconut milk scented with lemongrass. Dessert lands bright with a roasted sesame and yuzu tart crowned with torched meringue.
