Matcha MORI isn’t slowing down. After putting Nordhavn on the matcha map, the café sets its sights on Hellerup. Just a short walk from the shoreline, the ritual holds: ceremonial-grade matcha from Uji, served in a calm setting of low seating and tatami-style tables that beg you to slow down.
Drinks lead the way. Hot or iced matcha lattes keep it pure, while dirty matcha brings an espresso edge. Strawberry, blueberry, and mango versions lean bright and fruit-forward; hōjicha lattes land warm and nutty. Matcha-dusted overnight oats with fresh fruit start the morning. For lunch, crisp gyoza and tuna and teriyaki chicken onigiri carry the day. A signature matcha gelato arrives just in time for summer.
