Pick whatever you like at Garage — Frederiksberg’s new scoop shop serves made-from-scratch ice cream, fruit sorbets, and Prolog affogatos from a sun-soaked former garage
Garage keeps the format simple and the standards high: nine rotating flavors of made-from-scratch ice cream, Prolog on espresso, and not much else inside a 16-square-meter former garage in Frederiksberg.
Claim a sunny seat out front with a waffle cone or cup, or take home a one-liter box. Choose ice cream in flavors like pistachio, hazelnut, liquorice, coffee, vanilla, and chocolate, or reach for a fruit sorbet—lemon, raspberry, blackcurrant, rhubarb, or cherry. Pair your scoops with Prolog espresso, whether that's an iced latte or an affogato. Top things off with house-made guf, whipped cream, or chef-led toppings like caramelized pistachios and dehydrated elderflower.
