Bright, spiced, and armed with a few tricks the city hasn’t seen before, DOSA BAR gives India’s iconic street food the Copenhagen setting it deserves.
The namesake dosa, a lightly fermented rice and lentil pancake, arrives crisp and folded around potato masala or spiced paneer. Samosas are crushed beneath yogurt and chutneys. Savory doughnuts and vada pav, a potato fritter tucked into a soft bun, balance heat, sweetness, and tang. Channa masala, biryani, and palak paneer bring the comfort, with mango lassi always around to cool things down.
