Pick any two slices + a soft drink at OTTO on Købmagergade — Former Michelin chef Rasmus Oubæk opens his first slice shop
OTTO’s newest address gives Rasmus Oubæk room to experiment—and Copenhagen a chance to get OTTO by the slice. Opened October 1, the Købmagergade shop is the only location devoted to slices. It also serves as the team’s workshop, where pizzas for all OTTO locations take shape. Stop in where the next menu begins.
Choose any two slices and an organic soda or lemonade. A lineup of ten pizzas gives you plenty to think about. Keep it classic with pepperoni, tomato, mozzarella, and parmesan. Turn up the heat with ’nduja ragù and stracciatella. Patate pairs potato and rosemary with mascarpone cream, and Salsiccia brings yellow tomato passata, fermented chili, and zucchini.
