At Dumpo, they celebrate the seasons by using locally sourced ingredients in new and exciting combinations. A colorful backlit bar and graffiti-style murals bring the otherwise understated interior to life, and their outdoor terrace on Sønder Boulevard is the place to be during spring and summer.

WHAT YOU GET

Enjoy 10 servings at Dumpo. The menu is chef’s choice, so dishes rotate regularly and reflect the best produce of the season. Start with sourdough bread and butter, Bella di Cerignola Verde olives, and Pierre Sajous coppa ham. Snack on malt chips with romesco dip and tarragon oil. Have fried leeks with crispy chicken skin, Havgus cheese, and leek mayo. Get baked beets with juniper garlic glaze, smoked bone marrow, and crunchy beet chips. Taste beef tartare with basil oil, habanero chili, sundried tomatoes, cep mushroom cream, and toasted buckwheat. Dig into baked potatoes tossed in lovage pesto and topped with warm buttermilk foam, then feast on baked redfish with miso, fried cabbage, pickled beets, and beurre blanc.
