The statement ‘I’ve never had this before’ is music to their ears, and even the Michelin Guide was mesmerized. If you’re wondering what kind of food is served at Lola, the answer lies in the diverse backgrounds of their skilled chefs. Chef-owner Kamilla Seidler spent six years in Bolivia and earned the title of Latin America’s Best Female Chef before returning to Denmark to open Lola in 2019. Along the way, she was joined by Bolivian chef Renata Zalles and Indian chef David Selvam, who worked together at the two-star Michelin restaurant Gaa in Bangkok. At Lola, their team dares to do things differently, both in the way they develop dishes and how they impact the restaurant industry at large.
