Matcha MORI isn’t slowing down. After turning Nordhavn into an unofficial matcha HQ and expanding to Hellerup, the café is already preparing its next chapter in Carlsberg Byen. Expect the same calming atmosphere and singular focus on ceremonial-grade matcha sourced from Uji, Japan, alongside onigiri, matcha-topped breakfast bowls, and signature gelato. A new neighborhood, the same ritual.

Bællevin’s forthcoming 80-seat wine bar in Postbyen gives owners Russell Schaper-Kotter and Dennis Forchhammer a bigger stage for the bottles they love most: expressive wines from biodynamic growers and low-intervention producers across Europe. Expect an atmosphere that favors discovery over dogma, where seasoned wine drinkers and first-timers are equally welcome to pull up a chair and stay for another glass.
