They promise your beer glass will never stay empty for too long, and light snacks will also be on the table. The eagerly awaited opening is later this fall.
Fojetta — Roman slang for a half-liter of wine — is returning this November after a short hiatus. The Argentinian and Italian chef duo (who bring experience from JATAK, Relæ, Bæst, and Rufino Osteria) are reviving their laid-back, Roman-inspired osteria, this time in a new neighborhood. Expect classic bites, affordable prices, and definitely a bit more than just half a liter of wine.
The Gamma Brewing crew is pursuing their dream of opening a bar and building out a new space in Nordvest. It will have the full range of Gamma beers flowing from the taps, a bar food menu on offer, and a beer garden with enough space for the whole 'hood to hang out.

Kokkeriet, which earned a Michelin star in 2008, changed hands in September and is set to be revived with a new name and new identity by Copenhagen icons Rasmus Grønbeck and Lasse Askov. The no. 77 best bar in the world is gearing up to open a new spot in city center. Bird is best known for disrupting the cocktail bar scene by proving that pre-batched cocktails just taste better. On the docket for their new digs is an ambitious coffee program, bottled cocktails, an expanded food menu, and, as always, an epic lineup of DJs spinning vinyls night and day.
